Claire began her career working on magazine layouts for various publications in Washington D.C. and New York City. Working at the Washingtonian inspired her love for finding the best way to bring people’s story to life and to organize information on a page. She also loved working with a creative team of photographers, designers and writers. Later, she worked on the first ever Washingtonian Bride & Groom Magazine (now Washingtonian Weddings). Partnering with Design Army and sorting through all the amazing local photos from Wedding Photographers, she designed the “Real Weddings” pages. This eventually lead her to New York City to work for The Knot for a summer before moving to Austin, Texas to start a career in Marketing.
